New Deepak Watch does not store customers' complete payment credentials such as card CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.

Orders are generally shipped through Delhivery or another logistics provider selected by New Deepak Watch.

Delivery estimates are provided where applicable and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, transportation conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

New Deepak Watch generally does not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges.

An exchange may be provided where a customer receives a product different from the product ordered, subject to verification and the requirements described in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

A continuous and unedited opening/unboxing video showing the unopened parcel from all sides and clearly showing the Order ID/shipping label before opening may be required for verification of a wrong-product claim.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
